New plant concept development, design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance support
We have designed, fabricated, installed and commissioned iron ore crushing and screening plants, concrete batching plants, quarry crushing and screening plants and salt processing plant from concept to full operation around Australia.
Design, fabrication and installation of upgrades for plant upgrades
We specialise in retrofitting new equipment into existing plant and developing solutions for debottlenecking plant that we fabricate and install for our clients.
Shutdowns and maintenance
Our highly experienced trades crew are highly sought after by our clients for shutdowns, scheduled maintenance work as well as short and long-term secondments. They are also available for emergency breakdown work or for short notice coverage.
Equipment and parts fabrication
We fabricate a range of equipment for our clients including jointly designing solutions.
Spare parts and equipment supply
We supply a range of materials handling and crusher spare parts.

Stephen is our ‘gun’ draftsperson, our key to delighting our clients by turning hand-drawn concepts into robust designs.

Paul Grumley
Workshop Supervisor
An experienced boilermaker, Paul has had extensive experience in construction, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing industries. He joined QMM in Oct 2017.

Administration and Spare Parts
With 30 years of accounts experience, including 20 years in manufacturing, engineering and oil and gas, Tanya keeps our administration in line.
CERTIFICATIONS AND SAFETY

In 2018 Quarry & Mining Manufacture achieved 3000 days lost time injury free and has continued that record since then. The significance of this achievement is highlighted by the nature of the industry in which QMM operate.
The 3000 days lost time injury free has been achieved working in various quarry, mining and recycling sites across Australia. These sites include those controlled by; BHP Billiton, Arrium Mining, Oz Minerals, Boral, Lucas TCS, BIS Industries, Cement Australia and more.
The quarry, mining, recycling & manufacturing industry is a high-risk environment dealing with multiple contractors, crane work, heavy machinery, confined space, working at heights and more.
QMM’s pragmatic approach to communication & consultation, hazard & risk management and Risk assessment has seen QMM consistently achieve commercial and safety targets for our customers.

Accreditation
Quarry & Mining Manufacture complies with the requirements of AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Specification with guidance for use and OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems – Requirements.
This registration covers the Occupational Health and Safety Management System for the design, fabrication and installation of material handling equipment. Additionally, it covers repairs and maintenance on site (including mine sites) and shut down labour.
